Terms & Conditions
The BrightFix Complete Home Maintenance Plan requires a minimum 12-month service agreement.
The monthly payment of $42.50 covers the four units registered under the plan:
• One eligible 120-volt mini-split system or wall-unit air conditioner
• One refrigerator
• One dryer
• One washing machine
All covered equipment must be identified and registered with BrightFix as part of the service agreement.
The plan provides one scheduled annual preventive maintenance service for each of the four registered units during the 12-month contract period.
The monthly payment covers technician visits associated with the included annual maintenance services, functional inspections, basic cleaning of accessible components, operational checks, and service reports.
Replacement parts, refrigerant, electrical components, corrective repairs, additional diagnostic visits, additional maintenance visits, deep cleaning, major disassembly, and services outside the included preventive maintenance are not included in the monthly plan price.
If replacement parts, refrigerant, repairs, or additional services are required or recommended, BrightFix will provide a separate estimate for customer approval before performing the additional work.
Highest-priority scheduling means customers enrolled in this plan receive BrightFix’s highest scheduling priority among maintenance-plan customers, subject to technician availability, service area, operating hours, and existing service commitments. It does not guarantee same-day, emergency, or after-hours service.
The maintenance plan is intended to help maintain equipment performance and identify potential problems through preventive care. It does not constitute an extended warranty, repair warranty, or guarantee that the covered equipment will not experience mechanical, electrical, refrigerant-related, or other failures during the contract period.
The customer agrees to maintain the plan for a minimum period of one year (12 consecutive months).
